Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we do. We can give an estimate over the phone, or we recommend scheduling an in-home estimate. An in-home visit gives us the opportunity to be more accurate and better prepare our team, which makes for a smoother experience and a more thorough clean on the day of service. How do I schedule a cleaning?
You can request service through our website or call us directly at (626) 995-0711. We will find a date and time that works with your schedule and confirm your appointment promptly.
How is the price determined?
Pricing depends on the size of your home or office, the type of cleaning requested, and your preferred frequency. We provide a clear estimate upfront so you know exactly what to expect with no surprises.
Do recurring clients pay less than one-time clients?
Yes. Clients who schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings receive better rates than one-time visits. Ask us about recurring pricing when you request your quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 2 business days notice (Monday through Friday) for any cancellations or schedule changes. Since we build Monday's schedule on Friday morning, a Monday cancellation or change needs to reach us by Thursday. This helps our team plan effectively and keeps service running smoothly for all our clients.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We have you sign a service agreement, but you are not locked into any length of time. You can cancel service at any time with at least 2 business days notice before your next scheduled cleaning. There are no long-term commitments.

What does a standard residential cleaning include?
Our standard cleaning covers all main living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen. We dust all accessible surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, sanitize bathrooms, and wipe down kitchen countertops and exterior appliance surfaces.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A deep clean is significantly more comprehensive than a standard visit. We go beyond the surface to scrub grout, thoroughly clean the exterior of cabinets and drawers, wash baseboards and door frames with soap and water, dust ceiling fan blades, and address buildup that accumulates over time. Cleaning inside appliances like the refrigerator and oven is available as a paid add-on. We recommend a deep clean for first-time clients.
Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning?
Yes. Our move-in/move-out cleaning is specifically designed to deliver an inspection-ready result, whether you are a renter trying to get your deposit back or a buyer who wants a fresh start in a new home. Add-ons include inside oven and refrigerator cleaning and window cleaning.
Can you clean small offices and commercial spaces?
Absolutely. We specialize in small office cleaning and can schedule around your business hours so the cleaning never disrupts your workday.
Do you offer one-time cleanings, or do I have to commit to a schedule?
We offer both. Many of our clients are on recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules, but we also welcome one-time bookings for special occasions, seasonal refreshes, or any time you need a thorough clean without a long-term commitment.

Residential Cleaning
How often should I schedule a residential cleaning?
It depends on your household. Families with children or pets often benefit from weekly or bi-weekly service. Smaller households or couples may find monthly cleaning sufficient. We can help you figure out the right frequency during your free estimate.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key or entry code and let us in while they are at work or running errands. We store keys securely with no client identification attached, so our key system is actually safer than leaving a key under the mat or on the porch. Our team is background-checked, trained, and fully insured, giving you full peace of mind when you hand over access to your home.
What do I need to do to prepare for my cleaning?
Not much. We ask that you pick up clutter like clothing and toys from the floor so we can clean those surfaces effectively. The rest is up to us.
Deep Cleaning
Should I get a deep clean before starting regular service?
Yes, we recommend it. A deep clean as your first visit gets your home to a clean baseline that is easy and efficient to maintain with regular visits going forward.
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home, but a deep clean typically takes longer than a standard visit. We will give you a time estimate when you book.
Is a deep clean more expensive than a standard clean?
Yes, deep cleaning is priced higher than a standard maintenance clean because of the additional time and detail involved. We provide a clear quote before booking so there are no surprises.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Will a move-out cleaning help me get my security deposit back?
Our move-out cleaning is specifically designed to meet landlord and property manager standards. Many of our clients report getting their full deposit back after a MaidMe clean. We cannot guarantee your landlord's decision, but we do everything possible to give you the best shot.
How far in advance should I book a move-out clean?
We recommend booking as soon as you know your move-out date. Our schedule fills up, especially around the end of the month. Contact us early and we will do our best to fit you in.
What add-ons are available for a move-out clean?
You can add inside oven cleaning, inside refrigerator cleaning, and window cleaning to your move-out package. Just let us know when you book and we will include them in your quote.
One-Time Cleaning
What does a one-time cleaning include?
Our one-time cleaning covers all main living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen. We dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, sanitize bathrooms, and wipe down kitchen countertops and appliance exteriors. Beds are made as they are, but changing linens is not included and is available as an add-on.
Do I need to commit to a recurring schedule?
Not at all. Our one-time cleaning has zero long-term commitment or contract. Book when you need it and we will handle the rest.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we arrive fully equipped with all the cleaning products and tools needed for the job. Our products are safe for families and pets.
Can I customize what gets cleaned during a one-time visit?

Office Cleaning
Can you clean outside of regular business hours?
At this time, our office cleaning services are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We work with you to schedule within those hours in a way that minimizes disruption to your team and business operations.
What size offices do you clean?

How often should we have our office cleaned?
