These terms describe how we work with our clients at MaidMe. By scheduling service with us, you agree to the policies below.
1. Acceptance of terms
By scheduling a cleaning service with MaidMe or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book service or use this site.
2. Service agreement
We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Pasadena and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley. Clients sign a service agreement at the start of recurring service, but you are not locked into any length of time. You can cancel service at any time by providing at least 2 business days notice before your next scheduled cleaning.
3. Pricing and payment
Pricing is based on the size of your space, the type of cleaning requested, and your scheduled frequency. We provide a clear estimate upfront so there are no surprises. Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for at least 2 business days notice (Monday through Friday) for any cancellations or schedule changes. Since we build Monday's schedule on Friday morning, a Monday cancellation or change needs to reach us by Thursday. This helps our team plan effectively and keeps service running smoothly for all our clients.
5. Satisfaction guarantee
We back every cleaning with our 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If anything is not up to your standards after a visit, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no additional charge.
6. Liability and insurance
MaidMe is fully insured. Our team is background-checked and trained. While we take every precaution, please notify us promptly of any concerns related to your property so we can address them quickly and fairly.
